Pricing & Availability
All valuations are in KSh. Catalog data is inherently dynamic and subject to immediate alteration by merchants without prior notice.
Transactions
All settlements routed via our external gateways (M-Pesa, Paystack) comply natively with local Central Bank mandates.
3. Fulfillment & Protection
Logistical delivery timelines are estimates. If an anomaly occurs within 7 days of hardware deployment, our 7-Day Buyer Protection Protocol takes effect, triggering return mechanisms provided hardware integrity remains unaltered.
4. Vendor Authorization Clause
Registered merchants agree to supply accurate parameters. SkopeSana reserves absolute terminal authority to sever any vendor credentials utilizing malicious strategies, overriding pending payouts if critical violations occur.
5. System Integrity
SkopeSana architecture is strictly guarded. Scraping, synthetic data probing, and mass-download vectors without explicit authorizations are strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate credential termination.
